MOM'S RICH Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your mat must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return To start a return, contact us at momsrichbusan@gmail.com. Returns must be sent to: 19-37, Yongsugongdan 2-gil, Jeonggwan-eup, Gijang-gun, Busan, Republic of Korea. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping Fees & Tax Deductions (Important Notice)

  • Initial Shipping Fee Deduction: While MOM'S RICH offers "Free Shipping," this benefit applies to completed purchases. For returns due to a change of mind, the actual initial international shipping cost incurred by MOM'S RICH will be deducted from your total refund.

  • Return Shipping Cost: Customers are responsible for all costs associated with shipping the item back to our facility in South Korea.

  • Duties and Taxes: Any import duties and taxes paid at checkout (DDP) are non-refundable through MOM'S RICH, as they are collected by and paid to the respective government authorities.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the mat is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items Custom-sized mats, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials or flammable liquids.

Exchanges & Refunds The fastest way to get a new item is to return the current one and make a separate purchase. Once we inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
