Shipping policy

MOM'S RICH specializes in providing premium home mats to customers worldwide. We currently offer international shipping to various regions.

All orders are processed and shipped the next business day after the order is placed (excluding weekends and holidays).
Due to the size and packaging requirements of our mats, please allow additional time for international documentation and customs clearance.

Shipping Fees: Please note that our product prices do not include international shipping costs. Shipping fees are calculated and charged separately at checkout based on your delivery address.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (DAP): Our shipping terms are DAP (Delivered at Place).
Please be advised that import duties, VAT, and any other local taxes are NOT included in the item price or the shipping fee.
These charges are the customer's responsibility and are typically collected by the local customs authority or the carrier upon delivery. We recommend checking with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped.
Please note that due to the nature of international freight for mats, tracking may take 24–48 hours to reflect the latest status during the export/import process.
