MOM'S RICH specializes in providing premium home mats to customers worldwide. We currently only offer international shipping.

All orders are processed and shipped the next business day after the order is placed (excluding weekends and holidays).
Due to the size and packaging requirements of our mats, please allow additional time for international documentation and customs clearance.

Free Worldwide Shipping: All prices shown for our mats include international shipping costs. No additional shipping fees will be applied at checkout.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (DDP): We ship via DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to ensure a hassle-free delivery experience. Any applicable import duties, VAT, or taxes will be calculated and collected at checkout.
By paying these fees upfront, you will not have to pay any additional charges to the carrier or customs authorities upon delivery.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped.
Please note that due to the nature of international freight for mats, tracking may take 24–48 hours to reflect the latest status during the export/import process.
